What we collect
We collect what you choose to give us: the email address you submit to the waitlist and the details you enter into our contact or sponsorship forms. A sponsorship enquiry may include your name, business name, website, preferred placement and message.
Our server may also handle basic technical information such as IP address, browser details, pages requested, timestamps and security logs. Form logs and rate-limit records hold cryptographic hashes of visitor IP and email values, not the values themselves. Pending and confirmed waitlist addresses are kept in protected server storage so we can verify consent and manage the list.

How long we keep it, and how we protect it
We keep information only as long as we reasonably need it for the purpose it was collected, legal obligations, resolving disputes and security. Short-term form rate-limit events are removed automatically after about 48 hours. Unconfirmed waitlist links expire after 48 hours, and pending records may be cleared periodically. Confirmed waitlist records stay until they’re no longer needed or you ask us to unsubscribe or delete them, subject to applicable law.
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable law. You can also leave the waitlist or object to marketing messages by following the instructions in an email or by contacting us.
