Abuse Policy

Tell us when something’s wrong.

A clear and specific report helps us look into suspected abuse quickly and fairly, while protecting people who’ve done nothing wrong.

What to report

Report activity that seems to involve HumaraMail and may break our Acceptable Use Policy, including phishing, spam, malware, impersonation, fraud, threats, illegal content or attempts to compromise accounts and systems.

HumaraMail is still in development. If a message only claims to come from a HumaraMail mailbox, please include its full technical headers so we can tell whether our systems or name were really involved.

What to send

  • A short description of the suspected abuse
  • Relevant URLs, account identifiers, dates and times
  • Complete email headers for suspicious messages
  • Screenshots or evidence that don’t expose unnecessary personal data
  • Your contact details, if you’d like a reply

Send reports to [email protected]. Security vulnerabilities should go to [email protected] instead.

What happens next

We assess credible reports, may ask for more information and take proportionate action where appropriate. That can include restricting content or access, preserving evidence, notifying providers or referring the matter to the relevant authorities.

Privacy, legal limits and the integrity of an investigation may stop us from sharing every detail or outcome.

Urgent threats and emergencies

If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. Abuse reporting isn’t an emergency-response channel.

Reporting in good faith

Please send accurate reports, without threats, retaliation or attempts to obtain unrelated information. Knowingly false or abusive reports may themselves break our policies.

Need something else?

Questions unrelated to abuse can go to our team.
